Mark’s mission was to “create a fresh, delicious and fun experience for guests while excelling in hospitality and supporting the needs of the community.” Mark, a family man with many years in the restaurant business, wanted to create a work place and culture that allows people to be the same at work and home. In 2009 Mark Eggen opened his first Hops nDrops in Bonney Lake, Washington. Our design and menu were built to reflect an atmosphere for folks to gather and enjoy an iced cold beer, a 100% Angus beef burger and to sip on our ever-popular, hand shaken, real fruit, icy drops. Y'all must try Sip & Bite because not only is the food soooo delicious but the price Is right.

They both are so hospitable, warm and extremely inviting and friendly. Opened in 1948, the Sip & Bite became a word-of-mouth sensation after George Vasiliades began ladling out homemade specials to waterfront regulars who knew the value of a buck and the taste of real food. On any given night the neighborhood block party is happening at Hops nDrops! Their food is top notch and sooooo delicious.
